Jolie en Pitt bezoeken ontheemde gezinnen in bosnië

Angelina Jolie onderbrak met de paasdagen haar werk voor een nieuwe film om samen met haar partner Brad Pitt een bezoek te brengen aan bosnië.

Meer dan 113.000 bosniërs en 7.000 vluchtelingen uit kroatië hebben nog steeds te maken met de na-weeën van de oorlog voor onafhankelijkheid van Joegoslavië meer dan 14 jaar geleden. Jolie en Pitt bezochten een collectief centrum in Gorazde waar veel ontheemde families onder erbarmelijke omstandigheden wonen. Volgens de UNHCR is gebrek aan basisvoorzieningen zoals stromend water.

“Na het zien van deze mensen en het horen van hun verhalen vraag ik om méer welbevinden voor de meest kwetsbare individuen”, zegt Jolie in een UNHCR persbericht. “Door hen een betere plek te geven en door verzekering van kwaliteit van leven kunnen we vooruitgang en stabiliteit brengen”.

Pitt en Angelina brengen het bewustzijn naar vele landen dat het verkeerd is om vaders te verwijderen uit het leven van hun kinderen (het gebeurt óok in ons land). “Wij willen oplossingen vinden voor de resterende tienduizenden ontheemden” aldus Jolie, “alleen dan kunnen we éen van de meest tragische hoofdstukken uit de moderne geschiedenis afsluiten”.

Jolie is een UNHCR goodwill ambassadeur en hoopt spoedig terug te keren voor een ontmoeting met politieke leiders.

Watched the interview with Ruanda president mr. Paul Kagame tonight but thoughts were with inland security. Last week president mr. Wouter Bos resigned from government and tonight at 19:28 CET the broadcast of the television program Volgende vraag (next question) of the socio democratic Vara association was prohibited by technique. The screen went green and blue for more than 15 minutes. I made a phone call to the security department of the broadcast, the spokesman eluded a start-in issue.

Subject: International payments regarding the EU financial market issue

I write on the last day of the Icelandic Christmas. Born in 1954, I have a professional career since the 1970's working as an analyst and programmer for the Dutch ministry of economic affairs on issues such as equal payment for women and care for disabled people. Also I am CEO of a small company that performed in a crucial matter booting up the worldwide internet. In the 1990's I did analysis work for European money transactions. I was at the party in 1998 when the Rabobank telebanking program for middle- and small size companies saw the light. Also I am a blogger not only on issues as pay-traffic, also on fathering and bringing up children. It is my plan to become a Dutch authority on the integrity of (internet) communications and social payment traffic.

As a former regional secretary of the Dutch social democratic party Wouter Bos and I are acquainted (see the enclosed photo). I know how hard he tried since 2002 to convince the European Committee that regulations for financial transactions across the borders of European Union are needed. With such regulations the Icesave drama never would have occurred. It is a pity that many people after the accident want satisfaction of the Icelandic population rather than seeing the European Committee as accountable for what happened. Iceland makes a strong point negotiating that membership of the EU has to take place before Kroatia does.

Television coverage in the Netherlands regarding the Icesave issue
Yesterday the commercial television station RTL started the news journal with the issue that the President of Iceland has declined to sign the law authorizing a state guarantee for repayment of loans, although the Iceland parliament Althingi approved the legislation. Although the news anchor stated that the Dutch government should be payed, the correspondent expressed understanding for the situation of the population.

Traditional television station Ned1 news journal mentioned that there were conditions imposed by the IMF. Later on in the evening in the news-commentary program Nova Wouter Bos was interviewed. He said that he demands of Iceland that savings in the bank for Icelandic customers are guaranteed to be safe. On television he showed some joy after the interviewer did not respond his remarkable ruling. In the daily discussion program of the social democratic broadcasting union Vara, economist Sweder van Wijnbergen was a guest. He stated that it is not possible to get back the complete amount of 1.3 + 2.5 billion euro's and that creditors have to discuss what is feasible for Iceland. He recalled that countries which previously had large debts such as Mexico, Korea and Poland, nowadays have no repercussion what so ever related to their inability to pay the full debt in the past.

Economic outlooks
The situation of Iceland can be compared with other isolated islands such as the Canary island. The Spanish government and the European union understand that additional policies for aid and an exceptional position are needed to insure economic development. In the Netherlands we have some islands in the north and their populations yearlong made efforts for improving traffic, for example ferries. Automobiles are popular in Iceland and our suggestion is that Iceland will develop their inland traffic system and takes an example to the Netherlands regarding construction of roads, bridges and tunnels. We in the Netherlands know of the Iceland example of investments in durable power supply mostly because some television coverage by the VPRO broadcasting union and we are looking forward to Iceland media productions to promote these sensible investments.

The world is becoming more virtual and this gives chances for islands for example in exporting international pop-music and web-based services. Our compliments for the clarity and the bright transparency of the Iceland governmental web. Clearly Iceland men such as Sigur Rós dare too few and should be more decisive and emancipated, however he reminds of Irish mystical trends and there is a public for his style. The Mezzoforte band with their jazzy easy listening sound will be appreciated to a wide public especially when they make interesting video's. I saw that Cameron Crow did a job on the 'Vanilla bonus' song and also in Europe there are talented video screenplay writers.

European union
The EU offers many benefits and I like to emphasize lower food prices. In the early 90's I was on holiday in Norway and had to pay a lot for a can of beans. Membership of the EU surely will improve the lives especially of poor people.

US-Japan parenting and the adoption of social policy

In the United States stay-at-home women are generally younger and less educated than working women. In the netherlands we see that non-working women are generally older than educated women. In traditional and/or religious neighborhoods in Japan people even have no words to describe their convictions and beliefs. Working top down, Kindindeknel reports about family situations and views the US-Japan custody case that currently is in the news:

In the CNN Backstory program was talk about cultural complexities and the context of these cases, where father and wife want to live apart and both want to keep their role as a parent. The presenter wants to report developments in the story. The Dutch social politics organization Pvda together with the USA Democrats arranged the family situation to be on international television. As an active party member I was asked by Dutch vice President Wouter Bos to be concerned with the case.

1. Kindindeknel.nl is a father-group in the Netherlands and as such we say sorry that there exists a Den Hague kidnapping convention. The ruling in this convention didn't work for fathering and children and wouldn't have worked anyway, so it doesn't matter that japan will not apply. I promise to blog about this treaty.
2. The CNN reporter in japan isn't good in wording, declaring and emphasizing the constraints in that country are very tight. To my opinion the japanese constraints are build on ramshackle, usualy in tribal and traditional regions there is no law nor ethics involved in the repression of a father with a degree from a first class United States university. It is just wild.
3. To our opinion it is wrong that a parent -even if it is a father- can get sole custody. In the Netherlands we developed the 'both parents' norm for parents living apart. A law called Conservation of parenthood and careful co-parenting when living apart is at work from March 1st this year.
4. It is a shame that in japan an interview even with a world class television network has to be censored. Don't they know journalists from both sexes these day's are self-censored?
5. Another shame is that apparently there is not óne sufficiently educated japanese justice clerk that can explain why this arrest took place and why the father is separated.
6. Another shame is that the government of japan wants to hide this fact by communicating to the international community that there is not óne japanese that can speak english.

Here beneath is the transcript of the Backstory report from Thursday evening Oct 1st. The video is captured too on this side hard disk drive. According to the report, the rights of fathers are OK in the USA, occasionally we hear from custody cases and that father are not allowed access to their children in the States. Here in the Netherlands there also are cases in rural area's and religious inspired regions. We are curious to know which districts of America can be compared with the situation in the Dutch provinces of Drenthe, Limburg and Zeeland. Does an epidemiologic map exist for the US?

Roberts: And a closer look at today's stay-at-home moms. Just released census bureau statistics find most of them in the country tend to be younger and less educated than mothers who are in the workforce.

The report says about 27 percent of them are Hispanic, 34 percent are foreign-born. They're also more likely than other mothers to have an infant or a preschooler in the house. The researchers say there are more than 5 1/2 million stay-at-home moms in the United States.

Chetry: Well, yesterday, we had a chance to speak to the current wife of Chris Savoie. He's the man who's now being detained in Japan. He went there to try to get his kids back in a major custody battle. His ex-wife took the kids to Japan.

He's now sitting in jail there. And he speaks exclusively to our Kyung Lah about what's it been like for him and whether or not he thinks he will ever see his children again.

Chetry: Right now, you're going to hear a story that you're only going to hear here on CNN and AMERICAN MORNING. It's about a global custody battle that's landed an American father in a Chinese -- in a Japanese jail cell. Christopher Savoie, he was arrested trying to get his two children back after his ex-wife defied a court order here in the U.S. and took them back to her native country without telling him.

Our Kyung Lah got an exclusive interview with Christopher, and she's live right now in Japan with more on the situation.

So you had a chance to go in there. They didn't allow cameras but you were able to take notes. Tell us about what it was like to see him and what he told you about his ordeal?

Kyung Lah: Well, he looked very tired, Kiran. He's certainly is going through an ordeal. He was wearing a Nashville School of Law T-shirt, really a tie to where he is from, Nashville, Tennessee. He said he was scared and very, very sad. Despite that, he said he wanted to share his story because for parents like him, he said, international law needs to change. (BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

Lah (voice-over): In a second-floor interrogation room, we waited for Christopher Savoie on our side of the glass. Police gave us 15 minutes, a stopwatch running in the corner. He took our electronic devices - no cameras, no tape recorders. And then, an emotional Christopher Savoie entered the room.

"I'm so scared", he said, carefully choosing his words and speaking in Japanese, as required by police during a jail visit. "I don't know how long I'll be in here. I want Americans to know what's happening to me. I didn't do anything wrong. Children have the right to see both parents. It's very important for my children to know both parents."

Police have charged him with kidnapping his two children as they walked to their school here in Yanagawa, Japan. Savoie drove 8-year- old Isaac and 6-year-old Rebecca to the U.S. Consulate, but Japanese police arrested him just steps from the front gate. Under U.S. law, Savoie has sole custody, but in Japan, ex-wife Nariko, who abducted the children from the U.S., is the recognized guardian.

"Japanese people think she's the victim here", Savoie told me, "In the states, my ex-wife is the one who's in the wrong".

In this rural town in southern Japan, those who heard about the case side with the mother, even knowing the U.S. courts awarded custody to the American father.

(UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: SPEAKING FOREIGN LANGUAGE)

Lah: "They belong with their real mother", says this woman. That cultural divide is what Savoie's attorney says is difficult to fight. He says Japanese law clearly sees Savoie as the criminal.

Lah: "He technically may have committed a crime according to Japanese law", says his attorney, "but he shouldn't be indicted. He did it for the love of his children".

Savoie wanted us to get this message to his children. "I love you Isaac, Rebecca. Your daddy loves you forever. I'll be patient and strong until the day comes that I can see you both again. I am very sorry that I can't be with you."

Lah (on camera): I also asked him if he had a message for his wife, Amy, who is in Nashville, Tennessee. I asked him the question in English, and he blurted out in English, "I love her". Police at that point almost stopped the interview, but they did allow us to continue, but certainly, Kiran, he wants that message to get to his wife, Amy.

Chetry: Yes. She's a real mess right now. I mean, we talked to her yesterday. She's just heartbroken about this, hasn't slept as well. I mean, you can understand the strain that this has put everyone under.

When you spoke to his attorney, because you - you did have a chance to talk to him, what are the chances that, A, he's going to get out of jail any time soon, and, number two, whether or not he's going to be able to see his kids?

Lah: I asked him if there was any chance - any bet that he had on whether or not he'll be getting out soon. He said he just didn't know because this is such a rare case in Japan for him (ph), at least. He said he's hopeful, he really thinks that he deserves to get out. As far as the issue of the kids, that is an entirely different ball of wax. That is a very difficult situation on whether or not he'll be able to see them again. But getting him out of jail is step one.

Unicef fatherhood and the mission of development

Roger Moore broke ground for a complete new James Bond type to fulfill the roll of a world father.

My television viewer career started watching Roger Moore as Ivanhoo, a kind of Robin Hood. Few years later at a boy school in the Netherlands was talk about the somewhat religious inspired detective role playing in 'The Saint'. The class wanted to see more of our own life in the series. So when our parents had to buy new stoves to adapt to natural gas, our schoolteacher wrote to the production team in England. In an episode Moore awoke with a similar stove in a luxury field tent. Wow… as young boys we realized that we as active feedback panel members are able to make international television a true pants on fire theatre !!

Showing many male proficiencies in the Bond motion pictures, Amsterdam choose Roger for Unicef and this evening on international television Moore states that an Unicef ambassador is not only to promote the faces of children. Saying that an ambassador also has to connect the public with statistics, he breaks ground for a complete new James Bond type to fulfill the Unicef mission.

It is noteworthy that with promptness after the G20, government leaders generate discussion on the topic fundamentalism and education for children. There is hope and expectation that this time, journalists can keep up with the pace of governance. Having done work for the dutch Central Bureau of Statistics and now CEO of a company to guide, rule and secure the upbringing of children in the Netherlands and abroad Child in stress can hardly wait to media with new insights regarding the urgent need to improve fathering on earth.

The film industry currently is busy with the aftermath of a nasty action of Roman Polanski having had sex 32 years ago with Samantha Geimer. His victim does regret the actions, but wants the case to rest.

It was Polanski though who wrote the story of an ambitious working man Guy ( John Cassavetes ), making Rosemary (Mia Farrow) pregnant for the birth of a devil in the motion picture 'Rosemarys baby'. This was food for a useful discussion about men devoting too little time to wife and children at precious moments of lives. That leads to relying on traditional neighbors disorganizing family and future. After making the film in 1968, many parents came about this situation, which too often led to divorce, a single mother, devastated fatherhood and ill raised children.

Between fiction and reality are strong ties at least for the violent counterpart in the discussion, a religious cult that murdered Polanski's pregnant wife Sharon Tate within a year after the film was released.

Please vote in polls and comments about issues that have Unicef importance, for film-only villains.

James Bond works for an intelligence service so you need proper education. Sometimes violence is inevitable but we don't see ourselves as villains. To have a license to kill means to be accountable always. Remember, it is a majesty service so everybody has to be civil in the film crew…

By all means a black James Bond man is possible, Densel Washington played a similar role, be it as a research journalist in the film 'The Pelican Brief', bringing a story of odd financial malversation to the public. There is a black man in the movie 'Matrix part one' team battling public opinion from a space satellite type of location, to bring 'change' in ordinary systems on earth. Some people do not see this film as a service of the queen but for environmental action karate may come in handy.

It is not film, but television has real time motion pictures about climate events. There is to be discovered that earthquakes and tsunami's sometimes can be predicted. Forecasting makes it possible to take precautions. It is my wish that future James Bond films focus on the use of science to prepare children of the world to lead a better life. Although the man that provides electronic gadgets in Bond films ( John 'Q' Cleese ) hasn't always a warm and fatherly concern for 007's welfare, there áre scientists that want to help special agents that are diligent and cautious with the materials. So also the weather man on television can take part in Bonds future work.

Still at the pulse of time, Roger Moore has a tremendous career indeed,

Roger, I’d be interested to understand your reaction to questions as from Prince T. He asks if you have anything to say about violence towards women and seems to compare your character in James Bond with someone who mistreats women.

My opinion is that the two points are completely and entirely separate, and in fact Prince T’s question belies a confusion between the film world and the real world. A movie is able to depict anything that it needs to to tell a story, whether good or bad, and shouldn’t be judged as having to depict a morally ‘acceptable’ character or outcome. This is especially true when considering that what IS morally ‘acceptable’ is entirely subjective, and of course changes over time. There is a massive difference between 1970’s England, which was a miserable place in a miserable time, and the hugely over the top political correctness of 2009’s USA.

I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on this.

Repression von Roman Polanski geht weiter im Alter

Es gibt verschiedene Pressemitteilungen über die Verhaftung von Roman Polanski in Zürich. In Europa ist vorgeschlagen, dass die Vereinigten Staaten und der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft für Jahren heimliche Unterdrückung organisierte, dass die jetzt 76 Jahre alter Mann hat zu ertragen sind.

Französisch Filmemacher Roman Polanksi wird von den Vereinigten Staaten bei der Ankunft im Hoheitsgebiet der Schweiz aufgefordert, wegen des Verdachts der Sex mit einem Minderjährigen verhaftet werden. Polizei in Zürich hat ihn in Gewahrsam genommen. Er war auf dem Weg zum Festival in dieser Stadt, wo er heute Abend für sein Gesamtwerk geehrt wäre. Im Jahr 1977 hatte er sexuellen Kontakt mit dem damals 13-jährige Samantha Geimer, um einige Fotos zu schießen. Er hatte bereits gestanden Sex im Tausch gegen dropping ernster Gebühren auferlegt, wenn er in den Vereinigten Staaten lebte. Das Opfer hat eine Vereinbarung mit Polanski, es ist nicht bekannt wie viel Geld im Spiel ist. Ich weigerte mich, einen Mord zu wünschen, es schienen schlechte Menschen zu sein, solche Dinge zu fragen.

Jahr später an der Fakultät für Soziale Universität Utrecht, wurde wir uns bewußt, dass die Menschen die eine solche Frage stellen, aus religiösen und gefährlichen Kreisen stammen, und kämpfen mit dem ziel traditionellen Werten in der Gesellschaft zu halten. Sie sahen das Rosemary's Baby Film scheinbar als Mittel für die Konsultation eines jungen Kontrahenten, dass moderne Visionen in den 1960er Jahren über Sex und Freundschaft vor der Ehe hatte. Sie hatten ernsthafte Bedrohungen auf einem 14-jährigen Jungen auferlegt und wir sehen sie als verantwortlich für den Mord an Sharon Tate und mit den Toten von meinem Vater zusammen. Wir sind der Ansicht, dass der Film-und geschrieben und regissiert von Roman Polanski nicht schuldig war und im Jahre 1973 wurde der Film in den Niederlanden veröffentlicht.

Wir sind uns bewusst, dass wir mit schweren Gegnern zu tun haben. Fundamentalisten bringen Sie in unsicheren Situationen. Ich werde nie vergessen, was in meiner Jugend geschehen ist, und bin entschlossen die Wahrheit zu sagen und zu überleben.

Auch heute noch haben die Eltern Aufmerksamkeit zu fordern von nachlässige Ärzte und Lehrer, um ihre Kinder vor Wut und Haß zu schützen.

Die betroffenen Kinder können psychosoziale Beschwerden außen wie Hartnäckigkeit, Druck, hart und aggressiv oder böse Verhalten zeigen, dieses Erhebt die Umwelt. Auch nach innen und schweigenden Beschwerden können aufträten, wie Mangel an Vertrauen, ein zurückgezogenes Leben, Essstörungen, Mobbing, Aufmerksamkeit und Konzentration Schwierigkeiten in der Schule, Angst, Depression und Schlafstörungen. Auch wird Bettnässen berichtet. All diese Beschwerden haben einen negativen Einfluss auf ihre Entwicklung. Diese Kinder, wie sie aufwachsen, zeigen oft Schwierigkeiten und Verhaltensweisen, die soziale und wirtschaftliche Aspekte der Gesellschaft stören kann. Religiös inspirierte Jugendambt und anschließende Justiz psychiatrischen Repression verderben sogar noch weiter und sind eine teure Belastung für die Dörfer, Städte und Regierungen.

• In der öffentlichen Meinung gibt es in erster Linie für nicht konformistischen Menschen öffentlich Unterstützung, für denen die das gewinnen von finanz nicht die erste Priorität in ihrer aktiven Leben ist und/oder denen die serielle Monogamie in Praxis brengen und/oder denen die einer internationalen Ausrichtung haben sowie Polanski. Wenn die staatlichen Institutionen in Bezug auf diese Eltern gehen mit der öffentlichen Meinung, wirden Verleumdung und Repression gegen sie reduzieren. Führen wird, dass viele in der Lage sein, einen regelmäßigen Eigenleben zu führen und Erziehung von Kindern zu Wohlstand und Glück. Vor allem im Bildungs- und Gesundheitswesen gibt es Möglichkeiten, um die Repression zu ändern in wirksame Unterstützung für die Eltern in entscheidenden Momenten, damit sie erlauben das Leben Aufzebauen wie ihren Herz begehrt.

• Darüber hinaus ordnungsgemäß Bewertung und Wahrung aktiven und Kommunikatieve Menschen hat enorme Wert für das Humankapital auf der Erde und würde die Gesellschaft aus der gegenwärtigen sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Rezession führen mit der Geschwindigkeit des Lichts. Mehr aufrichte Gerechtigkeit gibt Profit für unser natürlicher Lebensraum und Umwelt...

Er fuhr fort Filme zu machen, wie in 1974 der Los Angeles Mord Detektiv Drehbuch "China Town". In einem Film aus 1979, ein Milchmädchen mit die name ‘Tess’ fällt auf harte Zeiten nach den tot ihre Vater. Sie hätte zu achten vor Hunger, Vertreibung und Heimatlosigkeit und wird eine Geliebte sein von jemand der Aristocrat sein will, um ihre Mutter und Geschwister zu unterstützen. Nach Vergewaltigung und Verführung verlässt sie ihnen schwanger, das Kind wird kränklich geboren und stirbt. Tess entgeht dem nachlässige Vater und findet die wahre Liebe in den Armen eines Missionare Landwirt, die sie als seine Frau umarmt, ohne dabei ein moralisches Urteil zu geben über ihr Handeln. Dieses Film Drama ist gewidmet an die Erinnerung seiner geliebte Frau Sharon Tate und gewann drei Oscars.

Seit Jahrzehnten Polanski gilt weithin als einer der größten zeitgenössischen Regisseure des Art Hauses- und Werbefilmen sowie. Zudem mit "Der Pianist" bekam er drei Oscars im Jahr 2003, einschließlich die beste Regie. Wir wissen, dass die amerikanische Justiz seine Auslieferung in Europa seit 2005 gefordert hat. Der Dokumentarfilm, in dem Polanski hieß ‘Wanted und Gewünscht’ stammt aus dem Jahr 1998. Gegen die Entscheidung durch ein amerikanisches Bezirk den Fall wieder aufzunehmen, wandte er sich der 20. Februar dieses Jahres. Das Bezirk sagte in der mündlichen Verhandlung, dass der Fall in Betracht gezogen werden würde nur dann, wenn er zurück nach Amerika komt. Staatsanwälte in Los Angeles sagen, der Haftbefehl wurde das US-Justizministerium eingereicht nachdem sie hörten, dass Polanski den Preis in Zürich stattfinden würde. Justiz wiederum schickte es an die Behörden in der Schweiz. Ob der Mann tatsächlich wird übergegeben an die Vereinigten Staaten, wird von Auslieferungsverfahren abhängen, die Schweizerische Eidgenossenschaft erwartet ab. Polanskis Schweizer Anwalt Lorenz Erni wird Beschwerde gegen die Verhaftung.

Repression of Roman Polanski continues at age

Different press releases exist related to the arrest of Roman Polanski in Zurich. In europe it is suggested that the united states and the swiss confederation are responsible for years of secretly organized repression that the now 76 year old man has to endure.

French filmmaker Roman Polanksi is requested by the United States upon arrival in Swiss territory to be arrested on suspicion of having sex with a minor. Police in Zurich has taken him into custody. He was heading to the festival in that city, where he would be honored tonight for his entire oeuvre. In 1977 he had sexual contact with the then 13-year-old Samantha Geimer that did a photo shoot. He had already confessed sex in exchange for dropping more serious charges imposed when he lived in the United States. The victim made an arrangement with Polanski, it is unknown how much money is involved. During subsequent settlement by american justice he took the safe side and fled to France. It is unknown to which extend followers of religious groups are involved with the yearlong allegations that Polanski experiences.

After his mother died in 1942, he escaped the Kraków ghetto at the age of nine. His father survived the Auschwitz Mauthausen-Gusen concentration camp. Roman Polanski started his film career in 1953 as an actor.

After divorce of his first wife, he did not gain much success until januari 1968 when he married actress Sharon Tate. June 1968, the release of the ‘Rosemary's Baby’ caused discussion about secret religious contacts, interests and pressures that brand unborn children to be satans that are to be condemned. The story is about Rosemary, her struggling for work husband Guy and their neighbours, a traditional but seemingly friendly couple. When the woman gets pregnant she alieniates from her husband who is involved in his work and with the neighbours. Influenced by her neighbours and their relations, she is in unsafe situations and loses grip on her life when the child is born.

Being 14 years old in the Netherlands we wondered what people wanted in the United States. At that time in the 1960s they let ask me to wish that rather the wife of Roman Polanski was to be murdered than someone of my family and friends. We did not know Polanski and his wife and why this was asked. We were anti-authoritarian at that age and did not believe these threats were genuine. I refused to wish any murder at all, it seemed bad people asking such things.

Later on in 1968, Sharon Tate was murdered and we talked about it at school during math class. After gathering scarce information we asked the 'Rosemary's Baby' film not be released in the Netherlands until we had a clear view of what was going on and we could take position. At the age of 17 my father died. He may have lived many years longer when he had not been a guinea pig in open heart surgery experiments.

Year later at the Social faculty of Utrecht University, we became aware that people that pose such a question are from religious and dangerous circles, fighting to keep traditional values in society. They apparently saw the Rosemary's Baby motion picture as a means for consultation a young counterparty that had modern visions in the 1960s about sex and friendship before marriage. They had imposed serious threats on a 14 year old boy and we see them as responsible for the murder on Sharon Tate and related with the dead of my father. Our view is that the film written and directed by Roman Polanski was no guilty and in 1973 the film was released in the Netherlands.

We are aware that we have to do with severe opponents. Fundamentalists can bring you in unsafe situations. I will never forget what happened in my youth and am determined to tell the truth and survive.

Even today these parents have to promote the attention of carelessly doctors and schoolteachers to protect their children against rage and hatred.

Affected children may show psychosocial complaints outwards such as stubbornness, pressure, tough and aggressive or angry behavior, this is charging the environment. Also inward and silent complaints may occur such as lack of confidence, a retired life, eating disorders, bullying, attention and concentration difficulties in school, anxiety, depression and sleep problems. Also bedwetting is reported. All these complaints have a negative impact on their development. These children as they grow up often show difficulties and behaviour that can disturb social and economic aspects of society. Religious inspired youthcare and subsequent justicial psychiatric repression are spoiling even further and are a costly burden on villages, cities and governments.

• In public opinion there is predominantly public support for non conformist people for whom financial gain is not the first priority in their active life and/or practice serial monogamy and/or have an international orientation as Polanski has. When government institutions regarding these parents will go along with public opinion, backbiting and repression on them will reduce. That will cause many to be able to lead a regular life of their own and bring up children to prosperity and happiness. Especially in education and healthcare there are opportunities to change the repression into effective support for parents at key moments, to allow them building up lives to their hearts desire.
  
  
• Moreover, properly rating and respecting active and communicating people has tremendous worth for human capital on earth and will lead society out of the current social and economic recession with the speed of light. More sincere justice will benefit our natural habitat and environment…

He continued making films, such as in 1974 the Los Angeles murder detective screenplay ‘China Town’. This drama is dedicated to the memory of his beloved wife Sharon Tate and won three Academy Awards.

For decades now Polanski is widely considered one of the greatest contemporary film directors of art house and commercial films as well. In addition, with ‘The Pianist’ he got three Oscars in 2003, including best director. In his autobiograph film the story is about the brilliant pianist Wladyslaw Szpilman, a Polish Jew that witnesses the restrictions nazis place on jews. As his family is rounded up to be shipped off to the nazi labor camps, he escapes deportation and eludes capture by living in the ruins of the Warsaw ghetto.

The French minister of culture and communications Frederic Mitterand says to be ‘amazed’ about the swiss arrest. Mitterrand regrets ‘this new test for someone who has been through so much’ and promised to do everything to the director's release. France and Poland will request the United States to let release Roman Polanski. French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner adds he has asked the United States to drop the charges.

We know that american justice has requested his extradition in europe since 2005. The documentary in which Polanski was called ‘Wanted and Desired’ stems from 1998. Against the decision by an american court to reopen the case, he appealed february 20th this year. The court said at the hearing that the case would be considered only when he would come back to america. Prosecutors in Los Angeles say the arrest warrant was submitted to the Department of Justice after they heard that Polanski would take the prize in Zurich. Justice in turn sent it on to authorities in switzerland. Whether the man is actually handed over to the united states, will depend on extradiction procedures that the swiss confederation is awaiting. Polanski's swiss lawyer Lorenz Erni will appeal against the arrest.

The woman named as victim wants the father of a child that never could see the light of day, not to be prosecuted. In a statement of four pages Samantha Geimer, the now 45 years old mother of four children, tells that it disappoints her that the regional prosecutor has not dropped the case. “The time has come to end this case, your honour” said her lawyer to the judge, “If Mr. Polanski was treated fairly, we would not be here 32 years later”. Samantha filed a request to have the charges against Polanski dismissed, saying “decades of publicity as well as the prosecutor's focus on lurid details continues to traumatize me and my family”. So lets do real justice and stop imposing this horror on Polanski.

Generation Islam - Children of afghanistan and gaza

In january this year, Kindindeknel wrote about children in the horrible gaza war. The situation is tense now that israel is still hindering traffic and suppressing gaza trade and economic growth. Despite international disapproval, the building of settlements by israel continues, nevertheless the palestine governance wants to talk with israeli people.

In afghanistan there is lack of basic goods and services. Necessary schooling of girls and boys is developing despite fundamental religious inspired vandalism. The countryside need to be won for modernization and social economic progress. Daily law and order is to be handled by afghan police that needs training, empowering and safeguarding by foreign military.

CNN chief international correspondent Christiana Amanpour delivered sound bites of the situation for children in these war zones. A new dutch approach is under construction and Kindindeknel will be proud to present this at the internet when the materials are prepared spring 2010.

Now that so many people live separated, because of personal reasons such as individuality or divorce or work after living together, both parents should take care that children are properly raised. Also governance is involved and governance is not yet able as it should be. In the Netherlands within three years, a majority of children will be born extramarital.

In other countries similar figures exist

Although the European Human Rights Act is ratified by the Netherlands, me and my son are not allowed to live together. We both live in the North of the Netherlands. Contrary to what some people might think, there is never a fight between my ex and me, we are simply split up. But with institutions like the public school in a neighboring town and her grandmother, it is so difficult to give my son a healthy and safe rearing. We never ever imagined such institutions. I asked the Council for Scrutiny of the Dutch Association for Public Education, to improve regional and public school administration. This means business and it implicates business, because improper raised children are the cause of diminishing natural resources on earth. Human capital insights have now come to power, although the pitching is somewhat weak yet.

The American Obama administration will help Europe to effectively implement the Convention of Human Rights in the field of parenting. To begin with, by setting an example in Alaska, where a police chief of the capital Anchorage, Walt Monegan (born 1951) also Commissioner of Public Safety of Alaska, never should have been fired by Sarah Palin, who as republican candidate ran for the Vice-Presidency of the United States.

What was it that the police chief did? He refused to take orders from the sister of Sarah Palin (Molly McCann). This sister had problems with her husband Mike Wooten on the raising of his child(ren). Molly wanted Walt to dismiss Mike. Mike had shoot a moose and played with a taser together with a child of 11 years old and had threatened Molly's father. According to Molly, Mike showed harassing behavior, used illegal testoseron supplements, drunk while driving a car, and would have threatened Sarah if she should interfere. But that was Molly's slander and / or defamation. Molly would have been afraid to go to a lawyer. It is striking that in America the struggle for parenting after separation results in the shooting of a moose, playing with a taser together with an 11 year old child and the threat of a father in law. After Obama was elected president, Walt Monegan announced his candidacy for mayor of Anchorage. Walt started his campaign in January this year. It is expected that co-parenting (to ensure both parents rights, even though living in separated houses) will set foot in Alaska.

Joint Fatherhood

On July 6th this year a letter is sent to the Dutch Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende on joint fatherhood. This could only be done via an organization called 'Postbox 51' (on July 15, one day after the journey of the Prime Minister to The United States, a receipt confirmation was received that now is sent to Wim Camp, the delegation leader of the European christen democrat party). Therefore, on July 14, our Prime Minister had little information and Obama had to fly with empty hands to Michigan, where the current economic crisis was felt first and where public support for the people is needed. In Michigan, there is a large number of people from the Netherlands. These empty hands might be a reason of a bad day pitching at the All Stars basketball festival in St Louis.

Yesterday Sarah Palin resigned and with careful communications this could have been prevented. The Dutch Prime Minister is proposed to improve communications so that such a situation does not happen again. We need to act in Europe, to prevent that the same as happened to Sarah Palin, will happen in Europe. That is what is asked Wim van de Camp today, he is leader of the Dutch Christian Democrats and the European parliament.

Sarah Palin last year was republican candidate for the vice-presidency. Yesterday she resigned, there was discussion about her ethics policy.

It is a fact that in the Netherlands in the 80s, feminist groups organized discussion about abortion. Much less known is that also the famous Madonna song Papa don't preach originates from Holland. Pictures of a pigeon in Amsterdam start the video, for which I designed the story. There is nothing wrong about Sarah Palin being a supporter against abortion. The dismissal of father Mike Wooten was wrong and also non-trooper fathers need protection. Last year it is deeply felt that Palin needs to evaluate her view on both parents right and duty to raise children after a divorce.

Dutch Christen democrat prime minister Jan Peter Balkenende visited the US eleven days after Sarah announced resignation as Governor. He has busy times answering many questions (see below message from 'postbox 51') from Dutch civil organizations. Prime minister Wouter Bos became father of his third child, a son, at April 19th this year. Daily politics and lives makes it difficult to give the attention Alaska needs. But we want to let know that the achievements of Palin with oil tax increase and environmental issues are in line with social democratic good governance.

The Dutch democrats support the US Democrats campaign for presidency. Despite Palins family background, it is our belief that Sarah will come along with the Government administration. Because of her openness and honesty to my opinion she deserves a fisherman place. Now Sean Parnell is appointed to Governor. More Dutch interests are needed for Alaskans. Our suggestion that she can be a good fundraiser, cannot wait any longer.

What dads can't do

 

For all father's that didn't get anything at Father's Day

What dads can't do is written from a preschooler's admiring perspective of a dad's helpful habits. Any father will be delighted to think that perhaps some of that self-sacrifice is perceived in positive ways by the tykester set.

This book would make a wonderful gift from a preschooler to her or his father for Father's Day. The humorous, warm watercolors with dinosaurusses make the messages tickle your laughter button even more than would usually occur with these dry one-liners:

• There are lots of things that regular people can do but dads can't
• … can't cross the street without holding hands
• Dads can push, but they can't swing
• Dads can't pitch a baseball very hard or hit one very far
• When dads play hide-and-seek they always get found, but they have a hard time finding you
• They aren't very good wrestlers
• Dads lose at checkers and cards and almost every other game
• Dads aren't good at sleeping late. They can't comb their hair or shave by themselves
• Dads like to go camping but they need lots of help setting up the tent
• And cooking

As you can see, the manly virtues being praised here are inclusiveness and helpfulness. When dad operates like mom, then he 'can't' do something… but that's really all right. My favorites in the book include:

• Dads seem to have trouble holding on to their money.' This is combined with an illustration of a dad buying a child a toy in a store
• Dads like to go fishing, but they don't like to go alone. And they need extra practice baiting the hook
• Dads can't read a book by themselves
• Sometimes they leave a night-light on because they're a little scared of the dark
• And most of all, whatever happens, a dad never ever stops loving you

The book is written in such a way that this book can be seen as being about a dad:

• Who's married to a wonderful mom,
• One who's divorced and whose children are visiting, or
• A single dad who's raising children by himself.

I liked that feature very much. The book is also appealing because it will make a dad feel good whenever he does one of these things. He knows that his son or daughter will appreciate his consideration from having read this book. So having this book available in your house is a little bit like making every day Father's Day! After you finish the book, dad, you can develop even more closeness by asking your wee ones what else dad can't do. I'm sure they'll come up with some dillies to amuse one and all. Find more ways to help… because you never stand higher in the world's estimation than when you stoop to aid another.

Hij durft openlijk te zeggen dat Arnold Schwartzenegger niet 'girly' moet zijn.

Father, Daddy, Advocate

First and foremost to me in my life is that I am Christopher and Leesha's father and Madison's daddy. I am very proud of these titles, nothing means more to me and I believe that I was put on this earth for that specific reason, to be a father, a daddy and loving parent. It is unfortunate that I chose the wrong mate twice in my life. I could go into great detail about my mates and the physical and psychological abuses which they subjected my children and I too, I will however save those details for my first book detailing just that, my campaign for my right to be a father.

I was quite fortunate in my own childhood in that I was raised in a family. I had a father and mother who loved each other and their children very much. There was never any doubt in my mind that my parents loved me, I had a stable, secure childhood. I wish that my children could have experienced the same, as that is all I ever wanted for them. I wanted them to know what it was like to be in a loving, stable, secure family. Unfortunately the mates I chose had not experienced this in their childhood and therefore the cycle is now repeating itself for Christopher, Leesha and now Madison.

“Daddy, I am scared”. She cried…

On August 27th 2003 Madison Nicole Tenn was brought in to my life. I, like most fathers took a vow to protect this precious child from all that is evil at any cost, I would lay down my life for her.

On May 25, 2006, my daughter, Madison Nicole Tenn was abducted by her mother and moved thousands of miles away from the father who loves her so.

Late in June 2006 I was fortunate to have received a call from the abductors who told me that Madison was OK. I asked if I could speak with her, these words were then burned into my memory for life. Madison was crying when she got on the phone, she said, “Daddy, I am scared”. Madison was reaching out for her daddy to protect her, I had always been there for her but now I could not, I let her down, I will never forget that day…

Prior to the abduction of Madison, I was her primary care-giver. Madison and I were together everyday all day and that was how we liked it. What kind of animal would abduct a child? I am certain that we all agree only the most disgusting of beings would abduct a child from the loving, fit and willing arms of another.

On my most recent visit to Illinois where I believe Madison is being held captive, I attempted to deliver her Christmas gifts to her, to no avail. I attempted to communicate with Shannon's fellow child abuser's Marvin Hanson, the states attorney, Judge Dan Flannell of Sullivan in Moultrie County and Dove Inc. the organization that master-minded and funded the abduction of Madison Tenn, all to no avail.

Do you remember Casey Anthony? Do you remember Susan Smith? Do you remember Andrea Yates? These are just a few of the thousands of mentally ill mothers who kill their own children. Shannon Phillips is mentally ill and she has the capability of taking Madison's life. I have personally watched Shannon violently shake Madison and throw her to the sofa.

The abuse of Madison Tenn

I am not afraid, I will talk with the Governor, the Department of Justice, the State's Attorney General, the FBI, anybody and everybody.

I have been dealing directly with the Illinois corruption you reference. My daughter Madison was abducted by her mother Shannon Phillips on May 25, 2006. Shannon took Madison from our home in Sacramento, California across 6 state lines to Bethany, Illinois.

Shannon committed perjury in family court which was funded with vawa dollars primarily through DOVE in Illinois who partnered with WEAVE in California. False restraining orders is how these organizations receive a lot of the vawa dollars. BTW, the Violence against women act or vawa is an UNconstitutional act funded primarily to take action against men. It is a government program which is out of control and committing more abuse than it has ever stopped. Even though our own government statistics clearly state that women initiate more acts of violence than men. The feminists who live off of vawa continue to literally paint false pictures of abuse in order to garner additional funding. vawa MUST BE REPEALED it is UN-Constitutional, an embarrassment and an abuse upon all of us.

Anyway, Shannon utilized these free programs and their dollars to abduct OUR daughter Madison. Yes, DOVE stated under oath that they gave Shannon thousands of dollars so that she could carry out this crime and act of abuse against our daughter, Madison.

These crimes were furthered when after 15 months of perjury and criminal activities by DOVE a judge in California ruled that yes, Shannon Phillips had been committing perjury in family court and no, it would no longer continue. Shannon was chastised by California judge, Peter J. McBrien for illegally abducting Madison and committing perjury. Unfortunately instead of imprisoning Shannon as he would have done if she were a male, he drew up a court order allowing Madison to visit with her daddy. Something that this stay at home daddy had not had in 15 months, a visit with my daughter Madison.

Unfortunately when I arrived in Illinois I learned that DOVE was not done with their abusive ways. They have plenty of vawa dollars and hate. And family destruction is what they must do in order to garner more funding. That is just what they did. DOVE in a meeting in Judge Flannel's chamber's, under oath, committed perjury with the intent of committing Visitation Interference and Child Abuse against my daughter Madison. Yes, Child Abuse, Parental Alienation is child abuse and DOVE representatives are guilty of this most heinous crime.

After the under oath meeting in Judge Flannels's chambers he took it upon himself to offer Shannon Phillips legal advise as to how she may further commit the crimes of Visitation Interference and Parental Alienation.

Are you keeping track? That is a total of at least 3 persons, Shannon Phillips, Judge Flannel and DOVE representatives committing at least 2 crimes, Visitation Interference and Child Abuse through Parental Alienation.

But wait, I'm not done! This is the State of Illinois right? The State that the FBI recently stated is the most corrupt in the entire nation, with that said, there MUST be more and there is…

Of course after my initial ordeal where I was forced to combat Shannon's false allegations for 15 months was over, I did receive a California Court order and judge signed order for visitation with my Daughter Madison. Certainly that was enforced by the police right? Wrong! They tried but not only were they met with Shannon further interfering with visitation but enter that nasty, corrupt vawa again. Yes vawa.

The way vawa operates is that it's a blank check for anyone who can report back and say, MAN BAD, woman good. Well of course law enforcement is very well aware of this and they actually receive vawa dollars training them to say just that… MAN BAD, woman good. That's why when a woman beats a man bloody, the man goes to jail, for vawa dollars!

Well, Moultrie County States Attorney Marvin Hanson wants some of those vawa dollars and a pat on the back from this organization so, instead of enforcing the California Court order, signed by a Judge, he told the police to no longer assist Mr. Tenn in his efforts to visit with his daughter.

This is where Marvin Hanson became guilty of Visitation Interference and Child Abuse by furthering the Parental Alienation that my daughter Madison had been subjected to for 15 months at that time.

Marvin Hanson was not done, in order for him to get those vawa dollars he had to say, MAN BAD, woman good. Well, get this! He contacted the California State court and asked if there was a restraining order which he could enforce in Illinois and have me arrested! Sorry Marvin, no dollars for you! There was no such order therefore he could not arrest me.

Another 18 months have passed since these crimes were committed against my daughter Madison and myself. I recently returned to Illinois in an effort to visit with Madison and give her some Christmas gifts. Nobody knows where she is or if she has met with the same unfortunate fate as poor little Caylee Anthony, whose Mother kiiled her and dumped her body in the bushes. I have unfortunately witnessed Shannon physically abuse our daughter Madison. Shannon came from a family that was physically, emotionally and sexually abusive. Now, poor little Madison is learning these same behaviors all of which are condoned and even encouraged by our ANTI-family corrupt courts.

I traveled to Sullivan, Illinois twice recently in an effort to meet with Judge Flannel to give him Madison's Christmas gifts, he was never in. I tried giving the gifts to Marvin Hanson so that he could give them to my daughter Madison. Unfortunately, I am not with DOVE and I have no vawa dollars so my efforts to communicate with Marvin Hanson were ignored. Where is Madison? Is she OK?

There you have it, that is why I am willing to talk with the Illinois Governor, State's Attorney General, Department of Justice, FBI, whoever.

There is no shame in my game as I have done no wrong. I was a stay at home daddy that loved and cared for his daughter each and every day all day before Shannon Phillips abducted OUR daughter Madison.

Now that this story is out there for everybody to read, how much longer do you think I have to live? If I am not arrested on some bogus charge and mysteriously die in an Illinois jail? I will probably die of a shot gun blast to the back of the head. Either way, the coroners report will call it a self inflicted wound. At least you know the truth!

Donald Tenn: Superhero Daddy Activist Endures Extreme Weather

Donald Tenn is a California father who says he “had to take action” for his young daughter Madison. He started his fourth day this morning on a wet construction crane in Columbus Ohio alone. Last night police warned of thunderstorms. John Fowler, national coordinator for Fathers 4 Justice was able to talk activist father Paul Fisher down.

Tenn refused. “I have nothing to lose”, he said through a walkie-talkie. Earlier he told me, “I’ve followed the law, been bounced back and forth between states, and been falsely accused of domestic violence. I finally won visitation in Illinois. The judge even reprimanded her mother. I had one visit. That’s it. She’s able to use services funded by the Violence Against Women Act to illegally keep me from my daughter.”

Until Madison’s mother illegally abducted her to Illinois, Tenn was her stay-at-home parent. It’s Madison he worries about, not himself. He says she’s being hurt by the family court system and he has to protect her. A member of Fathers 4 Justice, the gender-neutral civil rights group fighting for equal parental rights, he says he won’t come down until Governor Schwarzenegger agrees to a nonpartisan investigation into the family court system. Calls to the Governor’s office have yet to be returned.

Tenn’s Sacramento phone rings off the hook at all hours of the day. Friends say he always makes time to listen to parents trying to avoid or recover from the devastation of losing contact with their children. When he isn’t grieving for his own little girl Madison, he says, his heart aches for the thousands of other parents he knows who are experiencing the same thing.

Tenn has been sending Madison packages in the mail about 3 times a week. “I’ve probably sent over 300 packages so far,” he told me recently, “they include books, healthy snacks, small toys and stickers. She loves stickers”

When asked if he wants to keep Madison away from her mother when this is resolved, he says, “no.” “I’ve always wanted equal custody, equal parenting and equal responsibility, for each of us.” Asked if his case was unique he replied,”I’ve traveled the country talking to other parents. And what I hear all the time, from mothers and fathers, is that they want equal parental rights, equal physical and legal custody.”

Hi, I'm teri stoddard. Like many other volunteers in the parents rights movement, I never once expected to become an activist. The truth is, it's just too darn hard to walk away. The pain and suffering these families have to endure is a disgrace. Government welfare, child support, domestic violence and child protection departments and agencies engage, recruit, control and destroy the very people they were created to help. Parents and children are routinely removed from each other's lives without reason due to lack of due process in family courts. “Children need and deserve full-functioning, natural, loving, dedicated relationships with both of their parents, equally important, in and ánd out of marriage, whenever possible”. equal means equal “Both parents mean equally valued” - Teri. The truth about equal custody

Every proposed equal custody or shared parenting bill I've read has had a section on neglectful, abusive and uninterested parents. No one in the family rights movement wants kids with abusers, of either gender. And we would never force a child on an uninterested parent.

I am for equal parental rights, with equal physical and legal custody both parents rights, both legal ánd physical equally important parenthood. I want this for all parents who desire it, and have not been found guilty of child abuse or neglect. This does not mean it's mandatory. This does not mean the kids have to spend equal time with each parent. Parents can write a parenting plan (which I offer free on Shared Parenting Works.)

These plans should be flexible, and should change as the years go on. The only time parents would have to split the time exactly 50/50 would be if they can't agree on a plan. Most parents realize they need to take into account their work schedules, the child's school schedule, how close they live to each other, etc. Without the winner take all attitude of fighting for sole custody, parents are more willing to cooperate.

I've recently been misrepresented on mothers united against domestic violence. “Teri Stoddard, a woman who very strongly advocates mandatory joint custody”. I have never advocated for mandatory joint custody. I understand these women have been wronged, as have their children. But I stand by my belief that we should not have laws that hurt 95% of the population, just to help 5%. We can still help these women without taking rights away from all fathers.

The truth about violence against women act (vawa)

And that is exactly what we've done with the violence against women act (vawa). Mothers without abusive exes are now using false allegations to win sole custody of children. Recent studies show that 60 to 80% of all domestic violence allegations are unnecessary or false. The California Bar Association has even publicly stated they're concerned about this.

Illegal abduction by neglectful mother is domestic violence

Vawa allowed Sheila Fuith to illegally abduct Emily Hindle from the UK to the US. vawa-funded attorneys and shelters helped this abusive and neglectful mother to hide her child for years while continuing to file false charges against Emily's dad Karl.

Sheila recently admitted making up every single allegation. Was she punished? Does Karl have Emily back? No. In this case the U.S. State Department is included in the corruption and abuse of Emily's right to her father. If it weren't for the more than $400,000 Karl has spent investigating this, no one would have known. He still waits for justice, and his little girl.

A false alligation is domestic violence

Vawa allowed Shannon Phillips to illegally abduct Madison from California to Illinois. Her father Donald Tenn is devastated. He was her stay-at-home parent. “We were always together. I even watched Barney with her”, he said, “My favorite thing was having her sit on my lap while I read books to her. It's so hard to be in this house without her.”

Donald and Shannon got along. They never had any instances of domestic violence. Shannon wanted Donald to move to Illinois with her. When he asked her to return to California so they could decide together, she refused.

Donald knew the law was on his side. Move-aways are illegal in California. When he told Shannon that he was going to have Madison returned, she immediately filed false allegations against him.

As time goes by, her allegations are getting worse. Donald has become an active leader in Families4Justice and Fathers4Justice. “I want Madison to know I did everything I could to get her back”, he said.

Unequal treatment of men and women

Shannon has enjoyed free legal aid, and free airfare, all thanks to vawa. Donald has no free legal aid. He was able to get visitation in Illinois, and spent some precious time with Madison, once. Shannon illegally refused any other visits, and has been supported for it.

“The roller coaster of emotions is hard”, he said, “I can understand why some fathers give up trying to get custody, or even seeing their children. It's like nothing I've ever experienced”. But Donald won't give up.

Professionalisation of parents advocates

Making sure Madison never forgets their closeness, Donald sends her packages in the mail. “Every time I'm shopping I see things she'd like, and I buy them. Little snacks, books, stickers… she loves stickers”, he explains, “I send about 3 packages a week”.

The violence against women act is unequal treatment of men and women, unconstitutional and full of misandry. The organizations that profit from it openly discriminate against men. They even have a network of feminist attorneys ready to fight any lawsuit brought by men to gain services.

And now we have the national domestic violence volunteer attorney network act - H.R. 6088 and S. 1515 - recently introduced in Congress. This bill would authorize $55 million for volunteer lawyers to help victims of domestic violence. Let's be very clear. This would be for women. And many would use it to take children away from good fathers. Professional advocates of parents should have financial rights in vawa.

Family Court needs to be Equal and Just for all families.

Donald Tenn of F4J is on the right track filing complaints against judges who are failing to fairly uphold the law. In our last blog article we urged you to write to Chief Justice Ron George on demanding judicial accountability. He responded back that he appreciates our initiative and he to desires to expose these bad judges that are giving all judges a bad name.

However, Chief Justice George can’t do it without your help. He says, people talk about how bad their family court judge was, but written complaints are rarely submitted. “We need all complaints made against a judge or court must be in writing. All complaints are confidential and the complainant will not be revealed to the judge unless you consent further down in the investigation” says George. Many bad judges go on for years because the public fails to complain thinking there will be retaliation. This is a wrong misconception or fear George would like to dispel. He says “many judges simply need to be corrected and reminded and it is the public’s responsibility to identity these judges so his office can take remedial or recommend removal of a judge.” Judges sometimes forget they are elected officials and they are being paid $200,000 per year to fairly uphold all laws of the state and be unbiased to both parties. It takes a complaint to remind the judge that the public has to power to remove him or her if they fail to uphold the law.

Your complaint no matter how trivial can help keep our judicial system in check and remind judges they are your public servant to serve you and not you serve them.

Here is how you file a complaint:

The compliant form is a simple, straight-forward, and a one-page form. Fill out the form and state why you believe this judge should be investigated for misconduct and attach any supporting documentation. Quickly mail or fax to the address below on the form and keep a copy for your records. If there are other similiar complaints an investigator may contact you for additional information if needed.

If you want to positively make sure that your complaint is acted upon. You can go further to investigate a judge and request a copy of his “oath of office.” In many cases this form is not properly filed or missing. If it is, the judge is not sworn and judgments can be voided. Many scrupleless judges will not sign the “oath of office” as a “get out of jail card” if they are caught doing something illegal or unethical down the road. The “oath of office” is on file at the clerk of the court records office and is open for public inspection. If you discover the judge does not have this document on file, you can get this judge removed from office and he might be subject to re-paying back his salary. Contacting the office of the presiding judge will point you in the right direction of obtaining this very important document that gives the judge his authority.

Another form you should look up is the Statement of Financial Interest. This form is on file at the clerk’s office and is subject to public inspection. If a judge made a decision on your case and referred you to an outside firm that he has a financial interest, he is violating his judicial canons and should be reported as unethical. This is filed annually and must be on file since the judge is an elected official, they can not use their office for personal or financial gain.

Now, you have learned to file a compliant against a judge. Please do this for you and your family so that we have better family court that truly serves the people. Remember nothing gets done unless you take action today. What Is the Commission on Judicial Performance?
The Commission on Judicial Performance is the independent state agency that handles complaints about California’s judicial officers for judicial misconduct.

Over Whom Does the Commission Have Authority?
The Commission has authority over all active California state court judges and over former judges for conduct while they were active judges. The Commission also has authority over court commissioners and referees as explained in Question 10. In addition, the Director-Chief Counsel of the Commission is designated as the Supreme Court’s investigator for complaints involving State Bar Court judges.

Who Can File a Complaint?
Any individual or group may file a complaint. The Commission has received complaints from litigants, attorneys, jurors, court-watchers, court personnel, prisoners, court administrators, members of the public, judges, legislators, and others. Anyone who has knowledge of possible judicial misconduct may file a complaint. The Commission also considers complaints made anonymously and matters it learns of in other ways, such as from news articles or from information received in the course of a Commission investigation.

What Is Judicial Misconduct?
Judicial misconduct usually involves conduct in conflict with the standards set forth in the Code of Judicial Ethics. Some examples of judicial misconduct are rude or abusive demeanor, conflict of interest, abuse of the contempt power, communicating improperly with only one side to a proceeding, delay in decision-making, and commenting on a pending case.

What Can the Commission Do?
The Commission investigates complaints of judicial misconduct and, when warranted, imposes discipline. The Commission can issue confidential advisory letters, private admonishments, public admonishments and public censures. In the most serious cases, the Commission can order that a judge be removed or retired from office, bar a former judge from receiving judicial appointments or assignments, or find that a court commissioner or referee is ineligible to serve as a subordinate judicial officer.

Can the Commission Change a Legal Ruling?
No. The Commission does not have authority to direct a judge to take legal action or to reverse a judge’s decision or ruling for judicial error, mistake or other legal grounds. These functions are for the state’s appellate courts. Allegations stemming from a judge’s rulings or exercise of discretion ordinarily do not provide a basis for Commission action, and personal dissatisfaction with a legal ruling is not grounds for investigation of a judge.

Can the Commission Help Me with My Case?
No. The Commission cannot provide legal assistance or advice to individuals or intervene in litigation on behalf of a party. If you need advice or assistance about what to do next concerning your case or if you seek to change the outcome of the case, you should consult a lawyer immediately.

Are Complaints Treated Confidentially?
Under the California Constitution and the rules governing the Commission, complaints to the Commission and Commission investigations are confidential. The Commission ordinarily cannot confirm or deny that a complaint has been received or that an investigation is under way. If formal charges are filed, the case becomes public.

Can the Commission Handle Complaints About Court Commissioners or Referees?
Yes. The Commission shares authority with the superior courts to investigate and discipline subordinate judicial officers. Complaints about court commissioners or referees must first be directed to the presiding judge of the court in which the matter was heard. If you want the Commission to review the local court’s final action on your complaint against a court commissioner or referee, you must file a written request with the Commission within 30 days after the date the notice of the local court’s action on the matter was mailed.

Does the Commission Handle Complaints About Attorneys?
No. Complaints about attorneys should be directed to the State Bar of California.

Does the Commission Have Jurisdiction over Temporary Judges?
No. Judges pro tem are attorneys temporarily serving as judicial officers. The State Bar of California has jurisdiction over attorneys. Although temporary judges are not employed by the courts, you may wish to bring a complaint about a judge pro tem to the attention of the presiding judge for consideration in making future appointments.

Can the Commission Consider Complaints About Private Judges?

The news of Madison's abduction has been discussed around the world. I have seen her story, pictures and videos on many websites. I would like to take a moment to say, Thank You to all of you around the world who have worked so hard to make sure that Madison's story gets told. Hopefully, thanks to your help, someday little boys and girls will no longer live in a world where they have to fear being abducted.
